Layaway
We offer a 3-6 month layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 25% deposit of the total purchase including tax. The payment thereafter must be made once a month. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made 2 weeks prior to payoff. Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for monies received.
Financing
De Silva Collections offers a “store card” which offers several options of financing. De Silva Collections offers financing through Wells Fargo and G.E. Money Bank as well. “Same as cash” and other payment plans are available. Inquire for details.
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards in any denomination.
Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be unworn in perfect condition. Special orders, custom made jewelry and altered items may be non-returnable and/or subject to restocking fee.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 6 months. We will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is free. This is required for all lifetime guaranteed items.
Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your purchase. Appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologist Appraisers trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.
